When you click on your ID like to log in, you will be asked to log in. You have been given your ID and password by a representative of PCI. Note that your ID is in the form of an eMail address, so that an ID of "alpha" is entered as "alpha@precisionci.com" (no quotation marks). Once you enter your password, click the Log On button and you will be taken to your FTP area.
